Hello and welcome to the forum. How are the dip switches set on the HDFury3? Do you have the power supply plugged in?
Are you selecting input 5 on the projector?
\ What resolution do you have the iScan set to?
What source are you using into the iScan and how is it connected?

Just FYI, ANYTHING to do with HDMI is rarely plug and play. How long is the HDMI cable going through the ceiling, and how old is it? If over 25' and over 3 years old, it easily could be the issue. Bypass it with a short (6') cable from your source on the floor directly under the projector to the Fury at the projector. Also make sure your H and V cables on the Fury are the right way around. If unsure, reverse them, and try everything else you did as to the Fury settings.

Hi, you will need 1 on, 3 off and you may have to play with DIP switch 2 depending on your source.

Also make sure to reset the H SHIFT on the HDFury3. Push and hold the H shift switch either way for 15 seconds.
