i have an epson PJ here that the manual implies will wake from sleep when it gets input. from the section "Solutions to power or shutoff problems"

Quote:
If the projector's lamp shuts off unexpectedly, it may have entered sleep mode after a period of
inactivity. Begin a presentation to wake the projector.

to me that says if the PJ is in sleep mode, then plugging in a computer and using the PJ will cause a wakeup. i tried this late friday night, but i could not get the PJ to wake up without hitting the power button (i had let it go to sleep mode).

anyone have an epson PJ that wakes on input?

Try turning sleep mode off, shut down and unplug for around 15 minutes. Then fire it back up and turn sleep mode on and try again.
