I searched but my terminology is lacking so it's hard to refine the search, so it may be an easy answer.
I got a two for 1 deal when I purchased a G70. One works, the other has an issue with just the red. I'm contemplating on whether or not to fix it or use the parts for the working one or part it out completely.
Only the red is flickering and wiggling when it's turned on. It this a board problem? If so are there quick tests I can do to see if it's a board or loose connection?

Swap the neck board on the back of the tube with one of the other ones. Most likely though, the red tube is contaminated, and is causing flickering. Is the flickering brightly, or is it only noticeable in carker scenes? If in darker scenes only, it's most likely the tube. Good thing though, it's the red, and I have stock of good used tubes for cheap.
