hi all, lately i`m having some problems with my marquee (first the arcing which i thought caused the random lines but seems it doesn`t as i have a loaner hvps now that doesn`t arc) and now those lines that dance over the screen when the projector is on for about 10/15 minutes.

i must say that when they first appear it gets worse after a few minutes.

anyway her is a picture.

ok this is weird.

i removed u106 on the clm (see the thread that talks about this) just to test to see if the image would improve but didn`t remove the declouping capacitors 106a and 106b which were replaced by me with tants 47uf.

i removed those tants and now the image is rock solid for over an hour without the slightest problems.
