Sony 1272--Last night my projector was working great. Then all of a sudden the picture was dim, and only the red tube was lit. I was watching Direct tv. I use a Sony switcher and it's hooked up with RGBVH cables. I get a picture, but not correct colors. Just redish.
I reset my receiver. checked cable connections etc, but I still have the same problem. No idea what to look at now.
I noticed the blue tube came on when I was switching inputs etc, so it didn't blow up.
I know nothing about repairing the projector. Any ideas as to what happened? And anything a novice could check/replace?
If not, any repair service available near Mpls Mn?
Shipping it back/fourth to Curt probably cost more than the projector is worth? Thanks, Larry
