DVDO VP50 hooked to a computer

Is anyone inputting to the VP50 with a computer?
I can't seem to get the second head from the video card to lock on to the VP50. If I connect my Fury 2 to the second port I can set it up with no problem but when I take it off and reconnect to the VP50 it doesn't see it??
