disabling auto detect in moome sony ifb ver2 card

anyone remember how to disable auto detect on the sony ifb card ,im having hdcp errors with a pioneer elite reciever all of a sudden and i remember this was a solution i believe.
it was something to do with jumpers ,not sure which ones i see j13 and j15
this is connected to a sonyG90

cant find j4 ,can see jp 15 jp 13 and empty slots on j2 with 1 to 10 posts

this is an internal card
