You know, you can loosen the three wingnuts on the focus magnet, center the magnet on the tube neck, and tighten the wingnuts then forget about them. All the other types of focus magnets are like that. You will have to use the convergence shift (which is really done with the deflection circuits) to position the rasters. All other projectors are like that and it works for them. Starting with the little tabs overlapped on the little neck magnets helps alot.
