I'm in the middle of watching a blu ray on my 9500LC and all of the sudden the picture turns very dim. A few minutes later it returns to normal and then intermittently fluctuates before the screen goes completely black. First I get "No Sync" and then "No VSync". I switch to HD cable and same error. What is the likely culprit here?

Are the connections all in good order?? What cable goes to the projector?? Are all the connections all the way along the run nice and tight??
Give the cables all a wriggle near the joins and see what you see.

15 ft HDMI into latest Moome that I swap between BD player and HD cable box, checked cable connections on both ends and makes no difference. PJ has been set up since June and prior to that had Dragan's HD Mods, Tim's Power supply mod, re-bellow, and motherboard replaced (all done prior to set up).

I cant see this being oxidation since a tear down was done 6 months ago. I did recently hear snapping through my front speakers (I'm assuming HV arcing). HDM?

Maybe try the a different input on the projector to rule out that the mooned card didn't die.

All of the sudden the image looked like the brightness had been turned way down. It stayed this way for about 5 mintues and then it returned to normal for about a minute. Then it began fluctuating between normal and dim with the image remaining in focus, finally going black. I tried the internal test patterns and they work fine. The PJ is floor mounted, seems doubtful something would become unseated because the failure was a progression over 5-10 minutes.

I can hook up my Faroudja NRS and see what happens. I'll report back in a bit.

Hooked up my Panny RP-91 to NRS into RGBHV slot and it works fine. Is it fair to assume that problem is with Moome?

I tried a shorter cable (10 ft. as opposed to 15 ft.) and it made no difference. I'm contacting Moome to return the VIM.

I don't see any cracked solder joints. Does anyone see anything out of the ordinary? I emailed Moome 2 days ago but have not heard back as of yet.

LOL, the two grey resistors near the connector to the Back plane. On the Circuit board you can see in the pics F2 and F3.
If you have an multimeter you can set it to continuity and see if there is continuity on through the resistor from one side to the other. the meter should have an audible beep. If you dont have one Radio shack has a cheap pocket one that i use all the time.
