I think if you want to split hairs the HFQ900 has a slight edge in resolution and sharpness. Ultimately you're probably more limited by the quality of the setup eg choice of tube, spotbeam size/shape and other adjustments, to be able to take advantage of the differences.

tighter tolerances than HD-10F. only one of the 3 F's I had was as sharp as all of the HQ900's I was able to pick.

At the screen on my G90 I can see scan lines at 1080p with the 10e's. I cannot see 1080p scan lines with 10f's.
