Hello

The larger allen bolts are all 1/4-20, 1/4" bolt diameter with 20 threads per inch.

actually the correct term is socket cap screws Wink
For the bellows they are 6-32 socket cap screws 3/8" long.

For the Glycol fill screws they are also 6-32 x 3/8" but stainless steel button head

you mean 6/32 inch diameter?
that means they are almost 1/2cm that can`t be right.

LOL that's funny Laughing
not sure if your joking but I can't blame you for being confused by English bolts. It's a number #6 screw (.136" diameter) w/ 32 threads per inch = 6-32 Thumbs Up I have bought and installed a few hundred so I'm pretty sure that's the right size.
Don't ask me where the number system came from, they go 00-80, 2-56,3-48,4-40,6-32,8-32, 10-24,10-32, and there was even a 12 and 14 at one time which are extinct now like the dinosaurs. Mr. Green

i wasn`t joking.

those screws are very hard to find, only ones i could find here are steel bolts.

ok looked 2 minutes and found these,

http://www.fastener-express.com/6-32-x-38-socket-head-cap-screw-stainless-steel-qty-100.aspx

is that the correct one, don`t know what the 18-8 stands for.

Umm, not really.
You may look for article number 360364381032 in German eBay...
The seller has almost every type of bolts/screws/nuts etc. Look for the term "UNC".

yup, those are correct. 18-8 is the code for the metal, AKA 304 corrosion resistant stainless steel. High Chromium content makes it non corrosive and non-magnetic.

thanks for confirming.
ordered 200 pieces.

7 usd for 100 screws is cheap, it`s a shame the stainless steel wasn`t used in the first place.
