I was able to get an Altinex TR6102HD transcoder for cheap, but it was modified in the past and is putting out sync-on-green instead of properly stripping sync. I removed all the flywires and soldered on new pins to replace those that were clipped off, this fixed the sync dropping on bright scenes but the sync-on-green persists.

If anybody has one and wouldn't mind opening it up and posting some pictures, I'd certainly appreciate it.
