I just watched this flick and it is strange, sometimes confusing, and speculative on whether Aronofsky was on LSD during the making of the movie. I bought into this film, well, because it had Rachel Weisz in it, but don't let fool you into thinking the movie is easily digested. I'll have to watch this once more to start to better understand it. Anyone using a nice CRT will enjoy the dark scenes, and anyone in a light-controlled environment will enjoy the colors.
Not being an audiophile like some, I was not necessarily drawn against what audio was available, but then again I may have been distracted by my confused state at understanding this story. As for the story, which is from IMDB.
I might advise this as only a low-dollar buy.
