Why didn't NEC or Barco or another CRT manufacturer think of these words? I got this from a current DSP unit instruction manual:

Don’t attempt to adjust any controls inside the units. Once set at the factory, the various controls and trimmers do not drift with age or vibration and never require readjustment.
There are no adjustments inside that will make a malfunctioning unit start working.

Thumbs Up

I've got a customer right now that wants email support that got into his set bigtime that I really want to email that to..Smile

Fortunately I didn't sell the set, nor did I sell him parts, so I've told him to send me the set. I doubt it's worth it though. Sad
