|
|
Hello,
I need a device that extracts the sync for 3d glasses out of a digital HDMi/DVI 100/120hz signal. I mean a classic 3d 100/120hz signal, not a super frame, not a side by side signal...
Can the EXT-FULLHD V3 3D provide the sync signal for attached 3d glasses when I feed it with a digital HDMi/DVI 100/120hz signal? If yes, can I feed it with any resolution and refreshrate within it´s bandwith/capabilies (800/600/120hz.... )
Best regards
Marc

.....I need that to run 3d glasses on Ati cards as they do not provide a sync. And for Nvidia solutions, to avoid analog cables and to get rid of the usb lag from the Nvidia emitter. AND, some 3d demultiplexer (converters for active 3d to passiv 3d) need the sync signal to separate the two 50/60hz signals from a 100/120hz source...

yes you can! I am using a setup with nvidia and EXT V3. I use the sync signal as extracted from
EXT V3 to drive an external universal IR-emitter for the nvidia glasses. It works great!
I drive my projector in 3D-mode with 720p@120Hz.

Hello,
and thanks! Do you feed the Ext V3 a HDMi superframe with 1280x~1440 60hz from Nvidia 3dtv sofware or1280x720p 120Hz from your graphics card? I guess you do the second one - so with normal 120hz the Ext V3 puts out a sync for your universal emitter. Do you use the GEN 2 Emitter?
Viele Grüße aus München
