Guys!
The stars have aligned, and I have both Craig Rounds AND Curt Palme visiting around 12 July. We're gonna drink some beer, watch some movies, and discuss the future of CRT as it applies to your home theater situation. Fifteen days and counting down!!!!

Guys!
Curt has the car loaded up and he heads south from Vancouver tomorrow, I expect him here Tuesday morning, barring any surprises like he finds a stash of old projectors in California!!!!!!!!!

It's gonna be one helluva trip! Glad to get out of Vancouver. It was about 80 degrees here yesterday, today, 65 and pouring rain. Sunshine now, but what a crappy day!
Time for 118 degree weather. (but it's a dry heat!)

Usually at this time of year, we're in the 90-95F (32-35C) range almost every day. This has been an unusually cool and wet spring and summer. (Shut up, Jeremy. )
"good for Colorado" covers a wide range. I'm against the foothills of the Rockies at 5200'/1600m and we see 35C in the summer, usually nothing below about 10F/-12C in winter. (Though I've seen it hit -20F/-29C, and the record lows are around -40F/C!) Up in the mountains, say Vail at 8200'/2500m, their typical highs and lows run about 15F/8C cooler than here. Oddly enough, their record lows aren't quite as bad.
Your friend in Burlington isn't really in Colorado. He's actually in the plains of Kansas but they drew the state line in the wrong place.

Guys!
Curt is enroute from Los Angeles as we speak, so, barring his discovery of a discount strip club near Palm Springs, I would expect him here around 4pm!!!!!

Guys!
Curt rolled in after lunch yesterday and we had awesome fun in the afternoon-------we crated up projector parts to ship out!!!!!!!! Craig is due here later this morning, his objective is to learn BlendZilla setup, no problem. Later this afternoon we are touring the new facilities at Elite Home Technology here in the Scottsdale Airpark, which is owned by our friend Jeff Chircus. Dinner will follow at a restaurant of Jeff's choice, then back here for a few movies. Right now the challenge is getting Curt awake; four days of driving has rendered him comatose
