I gave up on my white Barco 800 and am trying to set up one of the Seos Prodas 800's. Yes, it is an 800, modified from Barco's design.

The problem is no external signal will display. I'm using the HDFury 1 for RGB input and ntsc video as well. This unit originally only allowed rgb but after failing to get anything, I changed the quad decoder and rgb input boards to see if that would help. Still no pictures except internal test patterns. Even with external test patterns it says no external input.

What else can I test or swap to try to get this working? I want to use it until I can get the Marquee going.

It's a nice unit in that it only has 243 hours on it!

The Seos board for the blue tube was missing but I took one of the others and installed it. This board sits on top of the tube, one per tube, and seems to help with convergence. Even with a board installed, the blue is way out and won't converge properly. The tubes only have two bolts for physically swiveling them left/right but they don't move at all with just loosening the two nuts. Anyone know how to do that?

Thanks,
