Hi, i got a HD Fury now to fix the problems with my ATI Card (Powerstrip and Resolution Settings are a horror in the moment).
My idea was, that i could solder the HD Fury direct to the input board 2 connections in the PJ.
Is this possible? Is the input board 2 only passive?

I have seen two kind of them, the loop through module have active outputs, but passive inputs, and the simple input card also have passive inputs. So IMO it can be done.

I dunno
Input cards for the 02 slot have an ID scheme to indicate whether a card is present or not; I am not sure if a chip is needed or some pins shorted together. You may find that the projector will not switch to what it thinks is an empty input.

Ten years ago I wanted to port a third rgb card into the decoder slot, and Electrohome would not tell me how to mimic the decoder ID and enable switching to that.
