1.) Why place a limit on who can enter the tournament when it becomes apparent through questioning that anyone can put the name of someone else in the goblet?

2.) When Harry breaks the fight with Voldemort, he rushes over to Cedric's body and then casts a spell for the port key to fly over to him thus allowing the two to escape. Why didn't Harry use this on the golden egg while safely at the cave entrance instead of exiting?

3.) Brooms were forbidden to be used in the first challenge, but apparently everyone was ok with Potter obviously being able to use one. I am surprised no one raised a stink and declared Potter a cheater.

PS: Did I miss something about the apparent escape of Wormtail's capture in the third movie? He had to because he's out causing a buttload of trouble, including killing Cedric, in the forth film. I'd have thought that the large number of Dementors would have caused sufficient means to capture him--especially since he was wandless at the end of the third film.

Mind you I have not ready any of the books and only watched the first five movies (thus far).

1. this was the first year to limit the age. prior there were some incidents and deaths. explained in movie

2. the egg is enchanted.

3. i believe the rules were that you could only bring in yourself and your wand. what you summon upon entering the arena is fair game.

wormtail escapes at the end of the third and the dementors only cared about catching their charge(sirius). did you miss the part where he escapes? i dont understand the statement
