Ok folks, time for the Reverend of Raster (otherwise known as Ken Whitcomb) to make his East Coast Calibration tour!

Ken is top-notch in his field! Aside from some other very well known home theater owners on this and other forums, he has been the go-to guy for my NEC projectors. I plan on having him stop by here in the Northern Virginia area to work his magic and “perform any needed calibration exorcisms” on my new G90. Mr. Green Thumbs Up

Here are the dates he has on his calendar for now, but contact him directly for any work you might have even if the dates do not align with what is below.

2/18 - Lexington, KY
2/19 - Knoxville, TN
2/20 - Charlotte, NC
2/21-2/22 - Raleigh, NC
2/23 - Richmond, VA
2/24-27 - DC area
2/28-3/2 - Philadelphia/Southern NJ
3/3-3/5 - NYC area
3/6-3/7 - Boston, MA
3/8 - Buffalo, NY

Ah, thanks Wallace. I may try and piggy back on when he will be in Buffalo.

Just want to voice my recommendation of Ken. If you have a CRT projector and have never had it professionally calibrated then you really are missing out. Ken is like a patient assassin, sizing up the target and working the problem until he is absolutely ready and then he strikes. Meticulous and skilled. You won't be sorry and it's a load of fun watching him work. No matter how good you think your display looks, Ken can make it look better.

Times are tough Jeremy, can't afford to hire anyone new for a while so i'm doing what I have to.

The Reverend Of Raster was here the past weekend. Performed some much needed "exorcisms" on my g90. Most of the problems to begin with were self-inflicted (by me). Embarrassed to say that it took me over 2 hours to figure out how to get the remote to work 2 Sundays ago.................. Man! I hate reading manuals!!!!

Needless to say, Ken left the pj looking as good as it could for sitting on a coffee table and being about 2 feet too close. Ken got the image inside the existing wear pattern and left me with the proper calculations to mount the beast on the ceiling and still stay within the wear pattern. Now, I just need to get out the Crown Point area and hopefully the Stack 2.0 King will have a mount for me.

The only problem we had was trying to get the new Moome Ext v3.0 box working. No matter what we tried (OPPO-93 -> VP50 -> Moome -> PJ), it would not sync up. The older Ext Moome box v1.0 I have works fine. But, I sent Moome email in hopes of getting it figured out. Even using Ken's external pattern generator, it still would not work.

BTW: I luv the G90!!!!!!!!!!!! Thumbs Up
