2.35:1 resolution setup on barco1209 help

Hi!

I´m trying to set up my barco 1209s/e for 1920x800 or 1920x817 48hz.(using 2.35:1 screen)

I get picture with 1920x1080p 48hz, but when shifting to 800 or 817 horisontal lines on iscan vp50, i get no picture...
Product/signal chain is :marantz blu-ray bd8002 -> iscan vp50 -> moome ext-fullhd v3 -> barco 1209s/e.
Trying to push horisontal shift on moomebox doesn´t make any difference.
Do i need to set something else different in resolution setup on vp50? (like porches etc..)
