I've read through Kal's Greyscale calibration post 1000 times and followed each step to the best of my abilities.
I bought a Spyder3 TV before finding this great site now here's my problem.

I've tried calibrating 2 TVs and 1 projector with a Spyder3 TV...in each of those I've ran out of RED. My Blues would always be about 114% and my reds in the low to hi 80s. After reading that there is a calibration problem with the Spyders I contacted Datacolor and they sent me a brand new in box Spyder 3 Pro. Went ahead and calibrated those same TVs and projectors. Again I've run out of blue. I can even get passed the 80% 30% part without the reds and blues being way off.

Now is it possible that all 3 display units have a problem with their Blues or is it that the Spyders just really suck and I wasted my money.

I just wanted an opinion before i venture out and spend another 200$ on an EyeOne

Thoughts?
