Ok I do not know why I am having such an issue with all of this. however this is my issue. I have a NEC PG6 Xtra And want to connect Component cables to it however it has RGBHV So I have the cable that takes you from RGBHV to VGA now I would like a way to get it from VGA to Component. Everything I own has Component and not HDMI I do not have any way to upgrade everything to Hdmi so this is jus the way it has to be. So any help would be great as well.
Thank you in advance.

Also, read this:

A component signal is not equivalent to an RGBHV signal, and as Analog says, you need an electronic piece between the two signals to convert one to another. A simple cable won't do the conversion for you.

Nice screenname!
You can probably buy a used transcoder for cheap money if you look around.
