The strange thing is that I get the full screen size with that resolution if I use the VGA output with component transcoder instead of via HDFury but I think it's a config problem on my PC.
Anyway here's the problem:
I've tried setting up a custom resolution of 1280x960i but I can only see the 1st vertical half of the screen!
I've searched a bit on here and it seems you first need to set the gfx card to interlaced by selecting a 1080i res either from Catalyst Control Center or Windows. Did that, then selected my custom res on powerstrip. Didn't work.
My gfx card is an ATI HD3300, it's integrated in the motherboard.

Any help appreciated!

Thanks
José

What resolution are you running from powerstrip? Do you have the interlaced box checked?

I had problems like you mention with the split screen, until I set the CCC to 30i, then powerstrip was able to set the interlaced resolutions just fine. It sounds like you've already done that, so I'm not sure what else to tell you. Do you have the latest video card drivers?

@AnalogRocks
I'm trying to run 1280x960i, interlaced box is checked and TV does get to show the image, only half of it.

@Akejester
Maybe setting 25i will do the trick since my custom res has that refresh, will try when I get home...

BTW, I got XP64 so latest Catalyst version is not available for me (think it's the previous one...).

When you set 30i /25i before using Powerstrip, are you setting it on the primary screen or the secundary ? I want to use the secundary one for my custom resolution so I tryed setting it on the secundary screen then using Powerstrip.
Do you think this can make any difference ?
