1292 Deflection Problem - What board? HELP!!!

My 1292 appears to have a deflection problem while watching TV it just lost lock on all inputs and menus.
I have a spare PS and projector, hope I can swap a board and get back to running.
I have attached some screen shots in the hope someone can help trouble shoot. Could it be the input card?

Quite strange, It seems to have partial sync. Not sure where to start to be honest. Try using the composite input terminals.

Guess I will pull the HCMI input and run with stock input cards and see.
Does put up a 08 error but just when it starts?? If that helps?

Glad I have a spare to use to trouble shoot. Only way to live in the crt world. It was the DA board.
Nothing like a little DYI
Now need a replacement DA

Second DA went the way of the first?? Or so it seems.
Someone offer a thought as to why? Do I swap the PS?
