one thing I noticed when looking at it in the store is that I couldn't find where I might do a custom gamma curve...I thought one could do that with Nvidia once upon a time.

+'s - hdmi audio for LPCM - yes!
smooth 1080p playback - yes!
graphics driver can do 47.952 - yes! I clearly saw that third decimal place!
Small and quiet - yes!

WIndows 7 to boot...I know most of you will say it doesn't have enough horse power, but it does for what I will use it for. And it is ultra low in terms of watts, and damn near silent! I could hang it right behind the projector and not even hear it.

all it does it raise or lower the gamma...I seem to recall there used to be a graph where you could raise or lower specific points on the curve and get a very custom curve...no?

Yes!

You can set a custom curve and tweak it as you desire. I have a little kick in the bottom end which gives me shadow detail while maintaining FFTB. I couldn't imaging Crt without it Very Happy
I had the box 1020/vp50 combo and couldn't get the bottom end the way I wanted it and sold the lot, this kicks ass!
