Three of them look exactly like what I have here. The two with the RED button is not something I've seen before.

The Barco 909 remote looks exactly like the The Barco remote that came with some of the Barco digital projectors.

The part number they is the same number on the remotes battery lid.

Don't think that's a red button. Looks like a red adhesive dot next to the recessed 'reset' button.

In fact I'm positive that's what they are as the positions are different on both remotes. One even has white triangular stickers next to two number buttons.

The number R724075 is engraved on the inside of each battery cover

Is that the correct part # for the 909 remote also will this remote work with a 1209s ?

Not interested in them myself......

These blue rounded style remotes will all be RC5 control and therefore will work with the Cine range (7,8,9) including the 909 and early Cine MAX. They will also work with the LCD range or barcos.

The big black brick remote came in two basic flavours those with a red LED and those with Green LED
The Green is as per above and may have additonal volume etc buttons but will work

The RED LED remotes were PPM (Pulse Phase Modulation) and would work with all the beige case projectors from the BG800 series through to the 708, 808s and 1209s

As a general rule cream coloured projector remote with RED LED in it. Black or blue projector GREEN LED.

Tom to answer your question directly no you need one of the old style RED LED for a 1209

It potentially depends on when it was made. My Runco 1100 (Barco 1209 clone) was made in May 2000 and it for sure uses the newer codes. I actually borrowed a 909 remote to program a cheapie programmable remote so I could use my Runco with a remote. Now maybe Barco quit selling 1209s under their name prior to the cut over, I don't know.

I was interested in one of these as well but like everybody else didn't need five.
