Problem with HDFury & Seleco CRT

I have HDFury1 with five bnc's going to Lumagen Vision Pro Scaler.
Sony S360 Blu Ray player HDMI to the HDFury.
On playing Blu Ray film picture fine BUT only occupies around 9/10's of the screenwidth.
On playing normal DVD film only occupies around 6/10's of the screen.... picture otherwise perfect!

Any ideas my friengs?
