Pull up the boot and see if there is a collar under there.

If they dont just pull straight out with something up the inside edge of the boot to let the air in, they may turn and unlock like the Sony ones do.

Nevermind, after pulling the lenses off I realized the "CPU" board is on the side held in with 2 screws.
