Can I use the 2N7000 from the CCM to replace Q501 on the HDM daughterboard? The main number is the same (2N7000) but there's a small 716 number on Q501 and a 513 on Q1 (on the CCM). Couldn't find anything in datasheets to describe what that last number means. Taking a shot at fixing my spare HDM.
Thanks
