ECP 4500 getting minor convergence drift every few days...
its not too much of a drift... just enough to bug me... ideas?

Well the obvious candidate is the convergence board. An typical untouched Marquee will do the same thing and it's a much better machine. Not many people messing with ECP's anymore.

I always assumed it was due to the Dallas chip but that doesn't seem to be the case after swapping it. I'm not sure if there are any mods that can be done on the convergence board. There's more info in the archives on AVS than here about ECP's so you may be able to dig something up.
