Hey guys,

My co-worker recently offered me a DVDO iScan HD that he had laying around from his old Zenith CRT. I was wondering how good this unit is and if I'm wasting my time. How well will it work with my Sony 1270? Will the preset resolution outputs be a good match for the 1270? My goal is to get the best picture possible from the pj without breaking the bank. All I really want is 1080i from the blu ray player, to upscale standard DVD's, and make my old nintendo consoles look good. What do you guys think? Go for it? Neutral Question

I had the HD+ and loved it. It was paired with a D50 then a G70. I really liked being able to output everything 16:9. I say if it's free to 50.00 take it. You'll be glad, if you like to play with new equipment that is.

Ok sounds good. He's actually asking $100 for and telling me he paid the full $1400 for it back when it was new. I'll try and see if he'll take $50 for it.

By the way I can get away with using just the HDFuryI with this unit right?
