How do I set up my own color settings on my E.M. 8500? Its confusing to me because you have to do red, blue and green . Is there a simple way. I need more black and saturation. thanks.

Hello
Go here: http://www.etechvideo.com/techtips.htm and start with Tech Tip One. Better results might be had setting BRITE at 44 instead of 50. The idea is to set G2 so each tube begins to transition from black to deep gray at the same time. Drive levels let you match peak tube levels to form good whites. If any tube needs G2 above 75 to light up, that tube is going to need replacement before too long. Be sure to check your filament voltage, too high a voltage will ruin the tubes.
