Not sure if this qualifies as "super slim," but I do have a 30FS4D. The TV shares the same service manual as the 32FS4D when I googled around for it. Typical slim CRT caveats apply, wider horizontal spacing at the left and right edges is apparent. This looks... a little weird, it's hard to describe, really. Not so much blurry as indistinct, it is most obvious when viewing certain kinds of video, like text, news tickers, 2D images like cartoons and 2D video games. With other kinds of video, like movies or video games, once everything picks up and animates, it tends to bleed away and you do not notice it unless you look for it. The unaffected area is roughly 4:3-sized, everything beyond that has wider spaced pixels.

Sorry to resurrect a zombified thread.

No problem, I never did get my hands on one of these. Got two of the Samsung wide screens though. Great for PS3's.

I know the distortion you speak of. You have to lets go and let the CRT force flow through you. i.e. ignore it and enjoy Mr. Green
