I'm having issues with my blue tube. It seems to be blurry compared to the green and red tubes. Plus in low light scenes I'm definately noticing a lot of blue where no light is needed(contrast issue?), and the at the bottom of the screen the blue tube can't be converged properly. When I shut the projector off the blue tube does something funky(blue spirals towards the center of the tube that last for a second or two. Do you guys think this is an issue with my tube or one of the boards??

Thanks for your help,

Dustin

It sounds like the blue tube might have internal issues. You can swap locations with the green tube to confirm that, the HV leads are long enough.

It could also be that the G2/screen setting is off for the blue tube, but unless you know how to measure the adjustment for that, don't mess with the control, as you can make it far worse.

Thanks Curt, I'll try that on my next day off. I'm wondering if it's a problem with both. I had the brightness/contrast issue with the tube before I ceiling mounted it last week. Now I can't focus it properly, especially on the corners. Seems to be WAY out!!
