How do I print out just one post from a thread here without printing the whole page?

If its just text I just copy and paste into notepad or word pad. If it has images then I copy and paste into WORD. I'm sure you can paste into other programs as well.

Highlight the text you want> Right Click> Print> then select "Selection" from the radio button list
