I am looking for some input from those that might have experience calibrating a local dimming television set.

I have a Toshiba 55SV670U LED Backlit LCD set with Local Dimming, which I am attempting to calibrate. I have the Enhanced Chroma 5 probe and Calman Home software.

Should calibration be done with Local Dimming (LD) enabled or disabled? I know the light output is reduced when LD is enabled.

Also Toshiba has a anti-blur technology called "Clearscan240" that inserts black frames in between normal frames. This also seems to reduce light output. Should this be disabled when Calibrating?

Thanks in advance.

Michael
