Mac or anyone,
Does anyone have the manual or a way to get into the service menu. My friends parents have this old CRT and still love it. I thought I would take it apart and clean the lenses and mirror. Then if it is not to difficult I would do an align and converge.

It might be a S, but it doesn't look like a V. I will check later when I have more light. It was made in 2000.

It was a S model. I removed the back cover and cleaned the lenses and mirror real quick. Focus and converge/align was still ok, so I didn't touch it. The cleaning improved the image, but I was surprised that there wasn't more dirt in the set.

Just one note for anyone who may read this thread. Always check the mirror to determine if it is a first surface mirror or not. Cleaning process is completely different and you can damage it.
