Is there a scaler that can accept 1080p/60 on the component input and output 1080p/24?

VP50 maybe?

EDIT:
I have a guy that need to capture video game play from the PSP, Wii, PS3 and Xbox 360

The PSP and Wii are component 480p only.

The PS3 and Xbox360 are HDMI.

The final output need's to be locked to either 1080p24 or 1080p60

Is there a scaler that can do this?

Not sure about that, the lumagens might and I know the Tv-Ones in the C2-2xxx series can for sure.

I have a customer that may need a setup like that.

Inversly is there a scaler that can take 480p over component and 1080p/60 over HDMI and output 1080p/24 over HDMI?

Oh, I forgot to mention the Tv-ones and Lumagens are DVI, so no Audio via HDMI if thats what they want. they might need an HDMI splitter that Tv-one does make in the AV toolbox line they have.

I do know they are working on an VP that will have HDMI and DVI, but not sure when it will be released or how serious they are about it.

Ok the Tv-Ones have audio but not via the DVI, they have the old style clip connectors with screws. I am not sure if its line level or not since I only cared about the video. I'll have to look into it.

The Lumagens have no Audio capability at all except the radiance but their close to 4k.

Ok they have a 6 input audio switcher to along with it, all stereo if needed.

Anybody?

Once again 480p in 1080p/60 out.

1080p/24 in 1080p/60 out.

Which scaler can best handle this?

Jeremy... This is for capturing gaming? Why does he need 1080p/60 out? And why does he want to take 1080p/24 in (that would be only movies, not games) and frame-rate convert it up to 1080p/60? To what end?

Here's a quote from his email:
sniped....
.....The reason I'm going to ditch the Blackmagic intensity pro card is because of the fact the colour depth is lower (8bit compared to 10) and more importantly, the black magic doesn't record at higher than 1080p24. Most HD games run at 1080p30/50/60. I'm doing this in part to do recording and screencapping for a gaming website and upcoming magazine in Australia.......snipped

Ooops, sorry it had been a while since I read his email.

He doesn't need 1080p/24 anymore since he's ditching the BlackMagic card. Also doens't need it in either DOH!! Sorry.

SO let's try this again:

1080p/30/50/60 via HDMI in.
&
480p via component in.

To 1080p/60 out.

Thoughts?

Any of the Lumagen Radiance models will do this easily. I don't think that any will do 1080p analog component on the input, but you don't actually need that after all right?
