I have a Blueray player set to 720p/60Hz HDMI output into HDFury 2 and then into input 5 (YUV) on Barco Cine 7. Before upgrading to HD the picture was big enough to fill rear projection screen using mirror. Now picture is too small out of HDFury2 and there is no more adjustment on the picture size in Cine 7. Is this normal? Is there any way to correct without moving projector back as there is no more space behind screen?

You need a scaler or an HTPC.

Or your could switch to 1080i 60Hz which would most likely be sharper anyway. 720p has a lot of unused pixels and it can be hard for some CRT projectors to have enough width to accommodate. 1080i does not have the same limitation for CRT that 720p does.
