Ok In trying to set up my Blend you need two PJ's with extremely close greyscale and or Color tracking.
I am getting closer but not quite. I also have a question for you Marquee experts regarding setting the starting G2 value for
each color.

In the Calibration guide it states:

Make sure your projector's G2 (aka 'Grid 2') for each tube is set up correctly. There is usually one G2 pot for each tube inside the projector. Check your owner's manual for the procedure used to set up G2. The G2 controls set the point at which each tubes 'turns on' or starts to emit light. It's important to get all 3 tubes to turn on at the same time to get proper greyscale in the darker regions. You can check that all 3 tubes are lighting up at the same time by slowing turning up the brightness while displaying the black (0 IRE) pattern

Ok on Marquee we just have the G2 control via remote and no pots am i correct?
Well this is where the issue is. If i set G2's on all tubes to where they just begin to
emit light while raising the Brightness (starting at 50) The colors are no where near
correct as i would think, well after doing a calibration and then checking the brightness
to see how close the tubes all begging to emit light the blue starts way way
before the Green and red. now is this normal since Blue really does not put out the same
amount of light naturally?

Also the green and red do start about the same time even after calibration.

This is the last stumbling block for me or am i doing it correctly?

Oh and one more thing, I noticed that Blue drive does in fact affect
the low end more compared to red and green, so where is the best starting
point you all used for Blue drive?

Adjusting G2s will definitely force a recalibration of your grayscale. Those on Mitsubishi CRT RPTVs are done by switching to an input with no signal and adjusting the pot for each gun to give a specific voltage at its drive card. The method you mention is very similar to that for our old Hitachi CRT RPTV from years ago. You had to display a black screen and turn each pot while looking into the specific gun until you could just see the crt start to produce light.
