Hello. It was working well. Yesterday when powered up blue tube showed no picture just bright raster. I switched blue with green input and no picture also. Menu is not displayed on blue too. It reacts to changing the G adjustment. There is no error code displayed in the back. Green and red are OK. What went wrong? Robert.

I had the same thing happen after I did a tubes swap. Here is a link to the posts:

I swapped the neckboard, and still had the same problem, then I pressed the pic function button, and it started working again. I still get the bright raster everytime I turn it on, but a press of the pic function button, and it goes away, and the tube starts displaying an image again. Not sure what's up with it, i'm pretty green when it comes to NEC's.

Hello Dave. Thanks for the input. I will try to play with it when I get home. I still need decent, used green and blue for it. Robert.

What's happening when you push the PIC Function button is you're activating the AKB, which brings the tube in line. If you don't want to have to do this, you'd have to do a full on reference white balance, which is a HUGE pain in the ass, and really un-necessary when the AKB will do the job for you...
