How to crt run in cycles, safely only with one tube (all 3 installed)?
So, how to disable two others what I don't want to run in cycles?

FYI be careful with the run in cycle I have used it on new tubes before and turned down the contrast so I could raise it slowly over time, at some point the projector reset itself to 50% contrast and caused a minor shadowing on the new tubes. It did that several times and I have seen other Barcos that did the same. Personally I would not use for a new tube. If you are using it on an older tube it is probably ok.

New tube with problem; symptons are same like short on G1/G2/C/something: measured there is no short.
Tube not going blank - even with mute (remote). There is noise on tube and glowing...
If ABL is disabled and G2 at minimum - crt run in cycles still put full G2 to tubes (?)!
ABL enabled same thing...
I will try that what Ile suggested. Now there is good used tube in projector.
And there is some other issues; vertical shadow line/"candle light" effect/glowing on bottom of tubes (ABL issue...?) - those later...

I unplugged the HV for my Blue tube, when I ran the cycles for my Red.
But you can't do that for the Green....coz the menu is annoyingly ONLY ON GREEN. So I fitted an old green.
Maybe you could unplug the video signal to the neckboard with it running, I dunno.

Good idea to use the old green to see menu's...
but you could also use an old red or blue, who cares....
Or just swap the tube you are trying to repair into
the green slot. You can turn down G2 manually with
the pot on the G2 board.
I would not advise running PJ with neckboards
disconnected, that way you are running the
amps open-ended, which may not be wise...
Disconnect the HV on the tubes you don't want
flashing on and off at full power...
Some (all?) Barco's require you do a set-up on an internal
pattern (read manual) so that the tube run in procedure
will fill the phosphor area and not cause a too small or
odd shaped wear pattern...

It's not mounted to projector?
Then it's easy to send tube to Jarmo (1031). 
I think he have tube conditioner in Kokkola.

I had the same problem with a new blue P16 tube, some firm hitting of the neck between my palms fixed it. The Barco warm up cycle did not.

It's service menu feature that flashes full white screen. It can be used to try burn cathode contamination from occasionally shorting tube.

These are P16's too...
That G2 trick do not work - it still put full (?) G2! I try it first. That's why I asked "safe way".
I can swap G/B cables that onscreen menus are still readable.
So, only HV cables unplugged (those tubes what You do not want cycle)?
I still ask questions if someone else want to do run in cycle this way.
Maybe I do trip to Kokkola, only 220 miles distance, or send tube to Jarmo. This is best way to try conditioning that tube  .

If you have a short in the tube, which is what is sounds like, conditioning with the run-in cycle will not work. You need to 'zap' that tube with a tube tester/zapper.
