Curt has had great success in repairing most of these boards. I'm sure he would have you send him a few boards to determine which one is the problem board and repair it for around the same or less then that crappy LCD. And you'll still have your projector. He is on the road right now but I'm sure he'll respond if a few days. PM him or bump this thread when hes back on.
