Someone tested how robust is new Moome card, it is not robust enought to run over by forklift or heavy truck.
Moome how do we proceed, do you have (shipping)insurance for cases like this?

Holy sh*t!!!!! I Love Moome but never liked the boxes they come in but it looks like nothing would have saved that Card!!!!

In this case i dont think that better box would help anything. I belive that box was run over with truck or forklift or ...who knows Confused

Whole circuitboard was crakced, front plate was bendet, remote was damaget etc... That frontplate handle was OK Thumbs Up

Moome, I sendet a copy of the documet that was filled at Finnish custom´s to your e-mail.

Just talked with Jarmo and he mentioned he's damaged Moome card, but I wasn't expecting total destruction. Shocked
