How in the world do I find out what these are??? I just upgraded to W7 RC and am having a few troubles with online games and am thinking this has something to do with it...

You don't. I have a pair of PCs using the Abit AB9 Pro motherboard. I installed all drivers for this thing and the video card (only peripheral card). It says I have an unknown device in both of them, but no idea as to what device it speaks of. Of course, this in in XP Pro.

typically those devices require the chipset drivers. try to find w7 chipset drivers for your motherboard. Sometimes even after you install those drivers you need to go into the device itself and tell it to "update" before it can find the driver locally.

I figured it was from the mobo but most of the chipset drivers appear in the "System Devices" tab under the device manager.
I suppose I will just google my laptop and Windows 7 to see if it is common. I can find through CPU ID what my mobo is so I guess I try that next. Just didn't know if there was an easy way.
I tried to auto update and it doesnt work even when trying the internet.

Right mouse click on each line, click on properties, then click on the details tab. Most of the time, you can get a good idea what it is. Copy the on the Device Instance Id or Hardware Id. Search google with the info.
