So they are now showing up at the yard sales at yard sale prices. Today I bought a Sharp XR-1S notebook PJ, came with everything, remote, cords and case. I plugged it in and it works great, rainbows (DLP) and everything. Has 512 hours left on the bulb, which cost $300.00 to replace. The image did look kinda nice, other then the stair stepping in the pixels and the rainbows are pretty bad on this one.
But for $20.00, it was a hell of a find.
Deron.

I've noticed that, too. I'm thinking of trying to unload my ancient XGA Pioneer for a hundred bucks before the 720p stuff starts hitting that level...

Hey, my projector was a $20 find as well! Over 8000 hours on my tubes, and works pretty great!

Let me know when the Qualia's start selling for $20 and then I'll know when it is time to take down my 1209.
