Thanks for the help with the crosshairs. Forgive me for asking so many questions, I just installed my second BG1208, it has more hours than the previous 1208 but has brand new tubes installed. I made some lense adapters for a set of HD145's I had on hand.

Anyway, when I delete all blocks it says to confirm that I want to delete all 32 blocks. I confirm, but each time I try to do a fresh set-up from scratch and delete all blocks, it wants me to confirm deleting all 32 blocks. What gives?

It probably don't know if blocks are created or not, it just delete all blocks anyway. Very Happy

You can check is there any actual blocks with copy block...

I'll check, but it doesn't sound like I should be concerned.

Next problem-

I cannot get astig or focus right on the blue. I get blue ghosting or haloing (not sure which is the proper term).

The astig seems to be a problem on all three, even after adjusting the magnetics, I still need to adjust electronic focus all the way up to 97. I'm not 100% sure I'm doing the magnetic astig correctly, the BG1208 is different than Curt's ultimate set-up guide which is based on an NEC. The two tabs turn around the tube, and the tabs turn on axis - I got that part figured out.

Thanks Ile!

I was starting to think about taking this PJ down and putting the previous one back up. I thought maybe I was in over my head - but I'm getting it now.
