Not quite as bad as dealing with Gary M., but pretty close. Not trying to trash anyone but rather make everyone here of how this company handles orders and warranty work. The response time is way below acceptable and the missed deadlines are guaranteed.

Ordered June 2008.
Excuses to account for excessive delay. How can Bstock product be delayed? It is supposed to be a damaged existing piece, right?!
They issued me some arbitrary serial number about 4 months into the wait to make it seem like there was progress. The sub shows up and doesnt even match the serial number I was issued.
Received Product October 2008. Did not receive $100 GC or the Rosewood veneered faceplate.
Amp blew May 2009.
Warranty replacement requested May 2009. They have no record of my purchase even though they issued me a Serial number. DOESNT ANYONE WRITE THINGS DOWN THERE?!
Excessive amount of amp failures pushes expected amp ship date out. Promised to get my amp tracking number week of July 6th.
Emailed July 13th to see where my tracking number was.
Promised that my amp would be shipped by Friday. No amp shipped Friday.
Emailed to see where tracking number is...promised that amp would ship this week.
