heres the rest of my story:
after many emails to and from cyberlink, and many patches and upgrades later i found that none of the software works on my PC , they even sent a full version of PDVD 7.3 ultra deluxe BD edition, and that didnt work.
so i have downloaded Nero 8 HD and am going to try that.
